We have converted several of our redundant farm buildings into small workshops and offices for local businesses. We have two sites with property to let in Creaton, Northamptonshire. We would be pleased to discuss with potential tenants purchasing a stake in their business in return for investment, free rent, working capital, bookeeping and other expertise.

Twigden Barns offers a mix of offices in converted stone barns and fully insulated high spec workshops. Matts Lodge Farm consists mainly of smaller workshops and start up units.
